These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the Client, and Pankrose Removals and Cleaning Services Ltd, concerning your access to and use of our website as well as our professional cleaning services. By accessing our website, engaging our services, or submitting a booking request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using our services and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

- "The Client," "You," "Your" refers to the person, firm, or company purchasing services from The Company.
- "The Service" refers to any cleaning or related services provided by The Company to The Client, as agreed upon in a booking confirmation.
- "Cleaner" refers to the individual(s) carrying out the cleaning services on behalf of The Company.
- "Booking" refers to the Client’s request for services, confirmed by The Company.
- "Website" refers to www.pankrosecleaning.com and any subdomains.
3. Bookings
To book any of our services, you can contact us via phone, email, or through the booking form on our Website. Upon receiving your booking request, we will provide a detailed quote based on the information you provide.
A booking is considered confirmed once The Client has agreed to the quote, and The Company has explicitly confirmed the service date, time, and scope via email or another written communication.
- The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the cleaning requirements, property size, and any specific requests.
- Any changes to the booking must be communicated to The Company as soon as possible and may be subject to additional charges or rescheduling fees.
4. Pricing & Payment
All quotes provided by Pankrose are based on the information supplied by the Client. Any significant deviation from this information upon arrival at the property may result in an adjustment to the quoted price or service time.
Payment for services is typically due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. Detailed payment instructions will be provided with your invoice.
- A deposit may be required for certain services or high-value bookings.
- Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, calculated on a daily basis from the due date until full payment is received.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:
- Notice Period: We require a minimum of 24 business hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed booking.
- Less Than 24 Hours Notice: If a booking is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 business hours' notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost will be charged.
- No Notice/No Show: If our Cleaner arrives at the property and is unable to gain access, or if no notice of cancellation is given, the full service cost will be charged.
- Company Cancellation: In the rare event that Pankrose needs to cancel or reschedule a service, we will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative without any penalty to you.
6. Service Provision
Pankrose Removals and Cleaning Services Ltd commits to providing high-quality cleaning services as outlined in your booking confirmation. To ensure efficient service, The Client agrees to:
- Provide safe access to the property and any areas requiring service.
- Ensure the property has running water and electricity.
- Inform The Company of any valuables, delicate items, or areas requiring special attention.
- Remove any items or valuables that are not intended to be cleaned or that could obstruct the cleaning process prior to the Cleaner's arrival.
Please note that services do not include the moving of heavy furniture or possessions, professional carpet restoration (beyond standard cleaning), or exterior window cleaning above ground floor unless specifically agreed upon.
7. Our Guarantee & Complaints
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the completion of the service. We will endeavor to re-evaluate the area in question and, if appropriate, re-clean it free of charge to your satisfaction.

8. Liability
Pankrose Removals and Cleaning Services Ltd holds public liability insurance. While we take utmost care, The Company shall not be liable for damage to goods or property:
- Caused by faulty or defective materials or methods unless such materials or methods were supplied by us.
- Caused by items not being moved prior to cleaning (e.g., if a fragile vase is left on a surface to be cleaned and accidentally knocked over).
- In excess of the proven insurable value.
The total liability of Pankrose Removals and Cleaning Services Ltd to The Client for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the services provided, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to the value of the service provided or the amount recoverable under our insurance policy, whichever is less.
9. Website Use
All content on the Pankrose website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pankrose Removals and Cleaning Services Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website.
You agree not to use the Website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
